Howdy, everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed our Feast of Trumpets observance yesterday — I know I did. It was wonderful having Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ames visiting with us and delivering such a fantastic sermon. The knowledge provided by a right understanding of God’s amazing holy days is a humbling blessing. Our thanks to the Ames family for taking the time to come our way and serve us.
And, speaking of service, thanks to all of you who served in various ways — both before and during services, as well as by having some traveling families in some of your homes the evening before. It was a wonderful day! We learned a lot, as well, at what was our first fully combined service in quite some time, and we’ll put what we learned to use at the next combined service we have planned: Pentecost 2012.
